San Diego City extended its unbeaten streak to five after shutting out Imperial Valley, 2-0, in the final PCAC home match of the season. Christopher Miramontes and Johnson Nguyen scored the goals as the Knights improved to 7-5-5 overall and 5-2-2 in the conference.

Knights Move Into 2nd With 3rd Straight Victory

The Knights (6-5-4, 4-2-1 PCAC) won their third straight on Friday as they edged out MiraCosta, 2-1, to move up into a second place tie with the Spartans with only five games remaining in the PCAC season. Marko Alonzo's second-half goal was his first of the season and ended up being the game-winner.

Knights Shutout Mesa; Exantus Scores Twice

San Diego City was tied in the standings with Mesa coming into Tuesday's game, but the Knights moved past the Olympians with a 3-0 shutout to improve to 3-2-1 in the PCAC (5-5-4 overall), which puts them into sole possession of third place with six games remaining.

White With a Brace in Big Home Win Over Southwestern

The Knights earned a big home win on Friday as they bested Southwestern, 3-1, to remain in the hunt for a PCAC championship. Elijah White scored twice and Jamesley Exantus added another as San Diego City improved to 2-2-1 in the conference and 4-5-4 overall.

Exantus Scores a Hat Trick With 2 Assists In Win at IVC

Jamesley Exantus put together quite a performance in a 7-2 victory at Imperial Valley with three goals and two assists to help City improve to 1-1-1 in the PCAC and 3-4-4 overall. Chris Miramontes added two goals of his own, while Elijah White and Diego Gonzalez also got in on the scoring with a goal a piece.

Nguyen With a Brace in 2-0 Victory

For the second consecutive game, the Knights (2-2-3) did not allow a goal as they blanked Santiago Canyon 2-0 on Tuesday to get their second win in a row. Johnson Nguyen scored both goals for City and now leads the team with five on the season.

The Knights secured their first win of the season on Friday by shutting out Rio Hondo 2-0 with first-half goals from Jamesley Exantus and Johnson Nguyen. With the win, the Knights improved to 1-2-3 on the season with two more non-conference games remaining.

In an intense back-and-forth contest, San Diego City came from behind twice in an exciting and chaotic 3-3 home draw with Orange Coast with Knights' forward Samuel Ruiz scoring two goals and assisting on Johnson Nguyen's equalizer in the closing minutes.

Tuesday's home game against College of the Desert was thrilling and action-packed, but the Knights had to settle for a second consecutive home draw (4-4) after losing a 2-goal lead twice. Jamesley Exantus and Alberto Esparza each scored twice as the Knights moved to 0-1-2 on the season.

Scoreless Draw in City's Home Opener

In Friday's home opnener, San Diego City played College of the Canyons to a scoreless draw in a game dominated by strong defensive plays and missed opportunities. Goalkeeper Alan Juarez entered the game at halftime and had four saves, including three in the final minutes to preserve the tie as the Knights improved to 0-1-1.
