City Gets First PCAC Win

The San Diego City women's beach volleyball team split their two matches on Friday, getting a 4-0 win over Miramar and falling to Mt. San Jacinto, 5-0. The victory over Miramar was City's first PCAC win and its third overall this season.

City Splits Opening Matches Vs. Glendale, Saddleback

The Knights were back in action on Friday for the season opening matches and came away with a split, sweeping Glendale, 4-0, and falling to host Saddleback, 1-3.

Davies and Geenen Commit to 4-Year Schools

Ashley Davies and Jillian Geenen have both announced through their Instagram accounts that they will be continuing their education and volleyball careers at the next level. Davies will be playing Division I indoor and beach volleyball at the University of Pacific, and Geenen will be joining the beach volleyball team at Southern Oregon University.

Knights Earn a Split in PCAC Opener

San Diego City began conference play on Friday and earned a split as they got past MiraCosta, 3-2, but fell to Grossmont, 5-0, as the Knights moved to 2-8 overall and 1-1 in the PCAC.

The Knights were back on the courts on Wednesday and split a pair of matches at Long Beach City College. They lost to the hosts, 5-0, but picked up their first win of the new season, 3-2, over Miramar.

Fletes Sisters Qualify for State Championship!

Alina and Alyssa Fletes won their first round match at the Southern California regional championship and qualified to compete at the state pairs championship, which will be held at Irvine Valley College on May 13-14.

Fletes Sisters Qualify for the SoCal Regionals

Sisters Alina and Alyssa Fletes made it to the semifinals of the PCAC pairs championship on Friday by getting a thrilling 3-2 win over Mesa and qualified for the Southern California regionals, which will be held at El Camino College on May 6 and 7.

Knights Fall to Grossmont and MiraCosta in Last PCAC Matches

San Diego City's women's beach volleyball team concluded the PCAC season with losses to Grossmont and MiraCosta on Friday at Warm Waters Beach in Carlsbad. The Knights finished with a 2-8 record in the conference and went 6-12 overall.

Knights Get a 3-2 Win Over MSJC; Fall 3-2 to Mesa

The women's beach volleyball team was back on its home courts on Friday and earned a 3-2 win over Mt. San Jacinto, but fell to Mesa, 2-3. The Knights are now 6-6 overall and 2-2 in the PCAC.

Knights Start PCAC With Win Over Palomar

San Diego City's beach volleyball team opened PCAC play with a 3-2 home win at Coast Volleyball Club on Friday to extend its win streak to three matches as they improved to 5-3 overall and 1-0 in the conference. The Knights, who dropped the first two matches of the season, have now won five of their last six.

Knights Get 3-2 Wins Over Riverside and Santa Ana

San Diego City's women's beach volleyball team finished up its non-conference schedule with two wins on Friday, 3-2 over Riverside and 3-2 over Santa Ana. After starting the season with two losses, the Knights have won four of the last five to improve to 4-3.

San Diego City's women's beach volleyball team got the 2020 season started with tournaments in Florida and Arizona against Division I, Division II, and NAIA schools. The Knights went 1-7 in those matches, but faced tough competition that should prepare them well for the upcoming Pacific Coast Athletic Conference season, which begins on March 20.
