Freshman Jenica Stell had herself a day with three goals in a 4-2 road win at Grossmont on Tuesday afternoon. The Knights completed a season sweep of Grossmont after also getting a 4-1 home win over the Griffins on September 29.
All three goals by Stell were assisted by Alondra Gonzalez, Melany Damian, and Hannah Hawk. Stell leads the team with a total of 10 goals on the season.
Goalkeeper Marina Mendoza had eight saves as she brought her total to 86.
The Knights have two more games remaining, both of which are at home. They host Palomar on Friday at 3 p.m. and then wrap the season up against Miramar on Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 1 p.m.
