KNIGHTS COMPLETE UNDEFEATED PCAC SEASON
Eight days after clinching the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference championship, the Knights swept Mt. San Jacinto, 9-0, on Wednesday to finish the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference season with an undefeated 12-0 record.
Eight days after clinching the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference championship, the Knights swept Mt. San Jacinto, 9-0, on Wednesday to finish the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference season with an undefeated 12-0 record.
The Knights are 12-3 overall and have won eight consecutive matches. Two of their losses came on the road against Arizona schools Glendale Community College and Arizona Christian University, both on Saturday, March 4.
City's only loss to a California school came in the season opener vs. Orange Coast.
The Knights have one more non-conference match on Thursday at Saddleback before the postseason begins
They will play on Tuesday, April 11 with the opponent yet to be determined. It is the first time under Head Coach Brandon Lupian that the Knights have qualified for the playoffs.
