The San Diego City College men's tennis team clinched its first Pacific Coast Athletic Conference championship under Head Coach Brandon Lupian on Tuesday with a 5-4 road win at Palomar.
The San Diego City College men's tennis team clinched its first Pacific Coast Athletic Conference championship under Head Coach Brandon Lupian on Tuesday with a 5-4 road win at Palomar.
The Knights have won seven consecutive matches and they are undefeated in the PCAC at 11-0 with one more home conference match against Mt. San Jacinto on Wednesday, April 5 at 2 p.m.
City's 12-3 overall record so far this season marks the second straight season with 10 or more wins. They finished 10-10 in 2016.
In addition to being the best team in the conference, the Knights are ranked No. 9 in the state according to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
