
The Knights were on the road at Cuyamaca on Wednesday night and came home with another 3-0 sweep, their fourth straight as they stayed undefeated in the PCAC at 4-0. Ashley Davies led with nine kills, nine digs, and five serving aces as the Knights improved to 5-5 overall.
Sarah Cashman added six kills to go with two digs, and Sydney Bishop recorded five kills and four total blocks.
Kai Arriaga dished out 16 assists and Jillian Geenen added another 13 assists to help the Knights earn their fourth consecutive victory.
City edged out a 26-24 win in the opening set, then had some separation in the second set with a 25-17 win. The third set was tight, but the Knights closed it, 25-22.
The Knights will be on the road again on Friday at MiraCosta with the first serve set for 6 p.m. Their next home game will be on Wednesday, October 3 at 5 p.m. against Grossmont.
