Audra Dent, who was recenlty hired on as the head coach of San Diego City's women's beach volleyball team, has been announced by Athletic Director Aaron Detty as the new head coach for the indoor women's volleyball team.

Knight Rally Back to Edge SWC, 3-2, in Final Match of the Season
The San Diego City College women's volleyball team ended its season with an exciting 3-2 (25-22, 21-25, 22-25, 25-23, and 15-13) comeback win over Southwestern with sophomore Kally Norvell scoring the final point with an ace in her last match with the Knights. The victory snapped a 4-match losing streak and improved the final record to 7-13 overall and 5-9 in the PCAC.

City's Win Streak Snapped by Palomar
San Diego City had a two-match win streak coming into Wednesday's contest vs. Palomar, but after taking a 2-1 lead the Knights could not hang on and fell to the Comets in five sets (22-25, 25-22, 25-13, 24-26, 11-15).

Knights Outlast Imperial Valley in 5 Sets
San Diego City's women's volleyball team snapped a five-match losing streak on Wednesday night by edging out Imperial Valley, 3-2 (23-25, 25-15, 17-25, 25-17, 15-13). Faith Patterson recorded 15 kills and 21 digs, while Ashley Davis added 19 kills and 19 digs.

Knights Lose in 3 at Grossmont
The San Diego City women's volleyball team played its first of three consecutive road matches on Wednesday night and fell to Grossmont in three sets (16-25, 20-25, 20-25). Ashley Davies led the Knights with eight kills and nine digs.

Women's volleyball player Ashley Davies has been selected as a Pacific Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week after totaling 20 kills and 22 digs in two matches last week.

Knights Open Season with 5-Set Win Over L.A. Harbor
The San Diego City College women's volleyball team was back on the court Friday for its first match in nearly two years and it was a wild one as they took down L.A. Harbor in five sets (25-22, 26-24, 19-25, 16-25, 15-8).
