Bradley and Crawford Named to All-State Team
KJay Bradley and Alex Crawford helped lead the Knights to a PCAC championship and to the state quarterfinals, and have now been named to the 2024 CCCMBCA All-State team. It's the first time since the 2015-16 season that two Knights have earned all-state recognition in the same year.

Including Bradley and Crawford, San Diego City has a total of 11 players that have made all-state during the Mitch Charlens era.
Bradley, who was also named PCAC Player of the Year, finished his sophomore season as the team leader in points (17.2 ppg), assists (5.5 apg), and steals (2.7 spg). He also led the Knights in 3-point field goals made (64) while shooting 40.3% from deep.
Crawford ended up shooting 65.7% in 2023-24, which was the fifth best percentage in the state. He averaged 15.6 points, a team-best 6.3 rebounds, 1.4 blocks, and 1.3 steals. Crawford was also selected to the All-PCAC first team.
In addition to Bradley and Crawford, San Diego City has had a total of 12 all-state selections since 2001. The list includes Gilbert Pietrie (2000-01), Malcolm Thomas (2008-09), Terrence Boyd (2010-11), Stephon Lamar (2011-12), Martin Thomas (2013-14), Leonard Allen (2015-16), Taylor Nelson (2015-16), Darien McClain (2016-17), Robert McCoy (2017-18), and Jonathan Ogugua (2021-22).
