Stewart and Nunez both made the All-PCAC first team during their freshman seasons in 2022 and it would be no surprise if both earned that same accolade once again.
Stewart, City's catcher and co-captain, is currently batting .322 with 39 total hits, seven doubles, two home runs, 23 RBI, and five stolen bases. He has a .990 fielding percentage with 33 assists and has thrown out 14 batters in 2023.
Nunez, the Knights' shortstop and co-captain, is batting .366 with at team-high 45 total hits, 14 doubles, five homers, 29 RBI, and five stolen bases. He has 83 assists and has turned 19 double plays this year.
