Book, Jeffress Earn All-PCAC; Knights Qualify for SoCal Regionals

Sophomores Shannon Book and Emma Jeffress earned all-PCAC honors after finishing in the top-15 at the PCAC championship on Friday morning, while also qualifying for the Southern California regional championship along with their teammates.

Jeffress and Book Open the Season at XC Kickoff

San Diego City had two runners ready for Friday's season opening meet, the Cuyamaca XC Kickoff, and they performed well despite the heat and humidity.
