City Earns 16th Win; Most Ever in Program's History

The 16 wins are the most under head coach Andrea Aguilar-Montalban's 11-year tenure and the most in team history.
In addition to her 13 bench points in Wednesday's win, Lewis had five rebounds, three assists, and four steals.
Elissa St. Julian joined her and Bowen in double figures with 10 points, six rebounds, and four steals.
Cerina Nguyen added six points, 11 rebounds, three assists, three steals, and two blocks, while Cusha Landry provided nine points and seven rebounds.
The Knights held a one-point lead at halftime and pushed it to five after winning the third quarter, 12-8.
They then took control by scoring the first 11 points of the fourth quarter to take a 46-30 advantage.
San Diego City shot 50% on 8-of-16 shooting in the final quarter and held Grossmont to 28.6%. The Knights also forced Grossmont into 11 fourth-quarter turnovers, while committing only one themselves.
Lewis scored seven of her points in the fourth, including a 3-pointer, and St. Julian added six points as City's lead ballooned to as many as 26.
The Knights outscored Grossmont 141-84 in the two contests this season.
Friday night's PCAC finale at Harry West Gym is part of a doubleheader with the men's team going first at 5 p.m. vs. MiraCosta. Both games will be live-streamed on the Knights' YouTube channel.
There will be a Black History Month celebration beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Friday with free food, free admission to both games, and a free Knights T-shirt for the first 100 in attendance.
